Learn more about Tucker Hill Inn's policies:

Key Times

Check-in time: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily

If circumstances require a late check-in - AFTER 6:00 pm - please contact us and we will assist you in making alternative arrangements.

Check-out time: 11:00 am

Late check-out may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to learn what our availability is.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Please be respectful of your neighbors and turn down or off all electronic devices beginning at ten o'clock in the evening. Noise travels easily throughout the Inn and we ask you to contribute to the peaceful environment our guests have come to enjoy and the Town of Fayston’s noise ordinance mandates.

Rates

Rates are for single or double occupancy, per night with two-night minimums required throughout the year.

Rates for the Montpelier Suite (Room No. 8) and the Lincoln Suite (Room No. 3) reflect up to a four-person maximum occupancy.

Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax and resort fee are additional to published room rates.

Breakfast is included in the rate. Please alert us in advance of your arrival whether there are any dietary restrictions. Upon arrival, please communicate your breakfast plans for the duration of your stay.

Direct Booking Only

Please reserve online or by directly calling us. We do not honor reservations made through third-party providers.  Each of our guest rooms is unique and most are accessible by staircases, some of them steep.  Please be aware of any mobility restrictions you may have, and make your reservations accordingly.

Cancellations & Payment

Credit card information is required to secure a reservation. We however do not charge until arrival and do not take deposits.  Cancellation within 30 or fewer days from the first date of arrival reserved triggers a 100% charge. Cancellation for a reason or no reason at all does not affect our policy.  As a small country inn, our business depends on advance reservations. We make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

We urge all guests to be as confident in their plans as possible; and recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations such as snow storms, flight delays, etc.

Smoking

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is NOT permitted in the Inn - this includes marijuana and vaping. A $250 cleaning charge will be applied for carpet and fabric cleaning to the account of guests who smoke in their accommodations.  If smoking is detected during your stay, you will be asked to leave the premises, and will be fully charged as described here.

Alcoholic Beverages

Tucker Hill Inn is fully licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages that can be consumed on our property. As such and in accordance with Vermont State laws, only alcoholic beverages purchased directly from the Inn may be consumed while staying at Tucker Hill.  At the risk of confiscation, do not bring your own alcohol onto the Inn's premises.
