Tucker Hill Inn Policies: Room Rates
Rates are for single or double occupancy, per night include breakfast and full use of our facilities. Rates for the Mammoth Suite only reflect up to a four person occupancy.
Additional room occupants are $25 per person (including children) per night. Please let the innkeepers know about an additional room occupants when you make your reservation. Additional guests are welcomed in rooms that accommodate more than two occupants.
Vermont Room and Meals Tax and other resort fees are not included in the published rates.
Foliage (late September to Mid October), Christmas and Mid February. There are no discounted rates during the Christmas and mid-February periods. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one night stay, plus taxes and resort fees, is taken upon booking for all stays in peak season.

Tucker Hill Inn Policies: Cancellations & Payment
As a small country inn, our business depends on advance reservations and we do not make exceptions to our cancellation policies. We strongly recommend the consideration of travel insurance to protect against unexpected emergency situations such as snow storms, flight delays, etc. Payments may be made by cash, Traveler’s Check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
All reservations made within 21 days of your arrival date are non-cancelable and the full reservation, plus taxes and surcharges may be charged to your credit card immediately.
Regular Season: We require 21 days notice from your arrival date if your plans change leading to a cancellation or modification of your reservation and a cancellation service charge of $25 will be billed to your credit card. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and your credit card may be billed during this period. If cancellation occurs within 21 days of your arrival date, the full reservation, plus taxes and resort fees will be charged.
Peak Season: This season includes periods at the end of September through mid October, the end of December through early January and the week and weekends of Presidents Holiday in mid-February. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one night’s room charge, plus taxes and resort fees will be charged prior to arrival. We require 21 days notice from your arrival date if your plans change leading to a cancellation or modification of your reservation and an additional cancellation service charge of $25 will be billed to your credit card. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and your credit card may be billed during this period. If cancellation occurs within 21 days of a reserved arrival date, the full reservation, less deposit, plus taxes and resort fees will be charged.
Tucker Hill Inn Policies: Smoking
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the Inn (yes, this includes marijuana).A $250 cleaning charge will be applied for carpet and fabric cleaning to the account of guests who smoke in their accommodations.
Tucker Hill Inn Policies: Alcoholic Beverages
Tucker Hill Inn is fully licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages that can be consumed in our pub or throughout the inn. As such and in accordance to Vermont State laws, only alcoholic beverages purchased directly from the inn may be consumed while staying at Tucker Hill.
Tucker Hill Inn Policies: Children
We welcome children of all all ages at our family-friendly Vermont inn in the Mad River Valley. We have two children as well, who love meeting new kids who stay at the inn.
Tucker Hill Inn Policies: Pets
While we love animals, we do not accept pets at the Inn. We are happy to recommend nearby kennel services, and you’re welcome to pet and play with our inn dog, Rosi, a Bernese Mountain dog, who loves to hike the trails on the property with our guests.
Air Conditioning – Room air-conditioners or dehumidifiers are provided in all rooms, except the lower-level Queen rooms during the summer months between June and September. Air conditioning is not provided outside of this time period.
Outdoor Pool: Our outdoor pool is open from early June to Labor Day. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please ensure your children are supervised at all times.
