Rates are for single or double occupancy, per night – including breakfast and full use of resort facilities. Rates for the Mammoth Suite only reflect up to four person occupancy.

Additional room occupants add $25 per person (including children), per night. Additional room occupants must be agreed with the Innkeepers at the time of reservation and are applicable only in rooms designed to accomodate more than two occupants.

Vermont Room and Meals Tax and other resort fees are not included in the published rates.

Premium weekday and weekend rates apply to Fall Foliage Season (end of September through middle of October). Weekend premium rates apply to all reservations during the Holiday/New Year period and the weeks around President’s Day in mid February. Please note that a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one night stay, plus taxes and resort fees, is taken prior to arrival for all stays when premium weekday/weekend rates apply.

Two Night Minimum for Friday and/or Saturday stays (three night minimum for Holiday periods).

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the Inn. A $250 cleaning charge will be applied for carpet and fabric cleaning to the account of guests who smoke in their accommodations.

The Inn is fully licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages. As such and in accordance to State law, only alcoholic beverages purchased directly from the Inn may be consumed while staying at the Inn. Please do not bring your own.

Well behaved, supervised children 6 years and older are most welcome. Exceptions are sometimes made, please check with the Innkeepers.

While we love animals, we do not accept or keep pets at the Inn. Nearby kennel services can be recommended.

Airconditioning, room airconditioners are provided in all rooms, except lower level Classic Queen Rooms, during the summer months between June and September. Airconditioning is not provided outside this time period.

Check In/Out Times

Check-in requested from 3pm to 6pm (later check-in can be arranged in advance, please call to check-in after 6pm).

Check-out required by 11am.

Payments and Cancellation

Payments may be made by cash, Traveler’s Check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

Please do not ask us to modify our cancellation policies since we are not able to make any exceptions.

We strongly recommend the consideration of travel insurance to protect your investment should any unsuspected emergency arise.

If you make your reservation within 21 days of your arrival date, your reservation is non-cancelable and the full reservation, plus taxes and surcharges will be charged.

Regular Season: We require at least 21 days notice from your arrival date if your plans change leading to a cancellation or modification of your reservation and a cancellation service charge of $25 will be billed to your credit card. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and your credit card may be billed during this period. If cancellation occurs within 21 days of a reserved arrival date, the full reservation, plus taxes and resort fees will be charged.

Premium Season: This season includes periods at the end of September through mid October, the end of December through early January and the week and weekends of Presidents Holiday in mid-February. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one night’s room charge, plus taxes and resort fees will be charged prior to arrival.
